Association Dues - $353.10 per month
Additional Condominium Association Monthly Fees; Lodge Condominiums - $200.00, Country House Condominiums - $185.00, Golf Course Condominiums - $155.00. These fees include grounds. Fence and boardwalk maintenance, firewood and association tax filing and reserves for facility repair and replacement such as exterior painting, overlays, etc. Condominiums pay monthly sewer, water and association dues individually.
Water - Black Butte Ranch Utilities: 595-1280 Basic water rate is $32.00 per month for improved properties, $21.00 per month for bare land. Consumption over 10,000 gallons per month will result in additional fees.
Sewer - Black Butte Ranch Utilities: 595-1280 Basic sewer rate is $28.00 per month for improved properties, $14.00 per month for bare land.
New construction - Hook up fee is $250.00 for water and $250.00 for gravity sewer. Gravity sewer serves most properties. Some properties require either a septic tank and drain field or pressure sewer system connection. Septic tank and drain field costs vary depending on the contractor used. Pressure sewer system connection fee is $3,300.
Taxes - 2008/09 Deschutes County property tax millage rate for Black Butte Ranch is $14.792 per thousand dollars of assessed value.
